Functions and Uses
SCR catalyst is mainly used to purify NOx from diesel exhaust gas by ammonia selective catalytic reduction technology. The catalytic reaction formula is as follows:

Diesel SCR catalysts mainly include V-SCR catalyst and molecular sieve SCR catalyst two categories. The V-SCR catalyst can meet the emission standards of diesel engine CN I, CNⅣ, CN V and non-road small and medium power diesel engine CN V.
Molecular sieve SCR catalyst is divided into Cu-SCR, Fe-SCR and Cu&Fe-SCR, mainly used in road diesel engine CN V Ⅵ and non-road diesel engine country V or above emission standards.
SCR can also be used to purify NOx from Marine internal combustion engines.
Performance Feature V-SCR catalyst has good sulfur resistance, low cost, high conversion efficiency between 350℃ and 450℃, and easy inactivation at high temperature
 
 
 
Cu&Fe-SCR catalyst has excellent low and medium high temperature performance, wide temperature window, good sulfur resistance, suitable for the use of passive regeneration of high power construction machinery diesel engines, the product is cost-effective.
