Functions and Uses
-
It is mainly made of cordierite or silicon carbide material, the wall flow structure was used to effectively capture particulate matter from gasoline engine exhaust, reduce NOx and PM/PN emissions, meet the emission standards of road diesel engine CN V, CN I and non-road diesel engine CN IV and above.
-
The catalytic oxidation of NO to NO2 through the catalyst coating assisted passive regeneration of CDPF, forced controllable active regeneration can also be performed under temperature supply conditions such as fuel injection combustion/burner.
Performance Feature
-
The capture efficiency of OPM is more than 90%, and that of PN is more than 95%.
-
Low passive regeneration temperature, the equilibrium point temperature is below 320℃.
-
The catalyst coating is evenly distributed and stable, with low back pressure and good product consistency.
-
Cordierite CDPF has excellent mass transfer and heat transfer performance and low cost
-
Silicon carbide CDPF has high carbon load and high temperature resistance
