Functions and Uses

• • Direct oxidation purification of HC, CO and soluble organic SOF in diesel exhaust.

• • When DOC and SCR catalyst are matched, the low temperature and rapid reaction of the back-end SCR catalyst is realized by oxidizing NO to NO2 in the diesel exhaust gas at the front end.

• • When DOC was matched with CDPF catalyst, passive regeneration of CDPF was achieved by oxidizing NO to NO2 in diesel engine exhaust and reduced Soot. DOC can also directly oxidize fuel injection HC to increase the inlet temperature of CDPF catalyst, and CDPF active regeneration was achieved by burning soot particles.

• • Applicable to road diesel engine CN V, CN Ⅵ, CN IV and above emission standards.

Performance Feature

• Low ignition temperature of OHC, CO, SOF, and purification efficiency of more than 90%

• Low temperature NO oxidation is strong, can greatly improve SCR low temperature NOx conversion rate and CDPF active regeneration rate

• With a wide NO oxidation window and a high NO2, CDPF allows continuous passive regeneration, reducing the active regeneration frequency of CDPF and fuel consumption
