Functions and Uses

· • It is mainly made of silicon carbide material or cordierite, the wall flow structure was used to effectively capture particulate matter from gasoline engine exhaust, reduce NOx and PM/PN emissions, and meet the CN VI emission standards of gasoline vehicles.

· • The catalytic oxidation of NO to NO2 through the catalyst coating assisted passive regeneration of GPF. Forced controllable active regeneration can also be performed under temperature supply conditions such as fuel injection combustion/burner.

Performance Feature

· • The capture efficiency of particulate matter by GPF is more than 90%,

· • The catalyst coating has uniform distribution and strong stability, low back pressure and good product consistency.

· • Cordierite GPF has excellent performance of mass and heat transfer and low cost.

· • Silicon carbide GPF has high carbon load and high temperature resistance.
